- A deposit of 2 days rental is required to confirm reservations - applied to the last days of the reservation.

- Balance of reservation due upon registration - No personal checks please!

- Payments or reservations are non-transferable.

- Misrepresentation voids the reservation.

- Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.

- All rooms are non-smoking.
|
- Reservations are held until 7pm.
|
- One parking space is allotted per unit.
|
- No refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
|
- Guest check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out by 10am.

- All rates are subject to New Jersey sales tax and room and tourism taxes.
|
- Rates quoted are subject to reservations made before May 1, 2012.
|
- We will gladly refund your deposit less a 50% service charge, if notified 21 days prior to your arrival date.

- We're sorry, but no pets are allowed.
